Privacy

The tool does not upload, store, or transmit payer names, supplier names, contacts, addresses, email addresses, payment dates, references, invoice identifiers, currency selections, original amounts, paid amounts, credits, discounts, balances, payment totals, email drafts, exported files, or printable documents. Active draft data is held in page memory and is cleared when the page is reloaded or closed.

Anonymous workflow measurement

A first-party endpoint can accept four coarse event names: tool loaded, sample loaded, reconciliation reached, and export completed. It also accepts only an environment label and version. The endpoint rejects extra fields. It does not receive financial amounts, names, invoice references, document contents, file contents, browser storage identifiers, account identifiers, or advertising identifiers. Production and preview events are kept distinct.

Exports and contact

CSV and JSON files are generated locally and saved where your browser places downloads. Print or Save as PDF is handled by your browser. If you email the public contact address, that message is separate from this local tool and is governed by your email provider; never attach a real remittance advice or confidential financial record.
