Use RemitNote only for information you are authorized to process. The tool is provided free of charge as an unverified experiment, without a guarantee of accuracy, availability, merchant acceptance, legal sufficiency, accounting correctness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing invoice references, allocations, credits, discounts, balances, payment dates, recipient details, and exported content before use. A green matched state shows only that the entered payment total equals the entered cash amounts paid. It does not prove a transfer was authorized, sent, received, cleared, or posted correctly.

No financial service

The tool does not initiate or receive payments, hold funds, verify identity, check bank information, provide accounting or legal advice, send email, connect to an ERP, or retain an official record. Follow your organization’s approval, segregation-of-duties, fraud-prevention, reconciliation, and retention procedures.
